It was just a prime choice for a short weekend trip in Blackpool with very good value for money. The breakfast was cold and the chef was rude when I asked for food to be warmed up. Just make sure you check your room for cleanliness before unpacking.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially robert at the reception. our room was clean and comfy, exactly what we needed for a short stay. the food in the restaurant was delicious, way better than expected. great location too, close to everything fun. overall, really enjoyed our time there!
The only downside was the noise from outside. it was a bit hard to sleep with all the street noise at night. also, the shower pressure could have been better.

Check-in was a bit chaotic with the food smelling off, but the staff were friendly and upgraded our room after the first one felt awful. The overall cleanliness could improve, but the breakfast was decent, and the location was handy for attractions.

We had a lovely time as a family in the spacious family room. The hotel is conveniently located. The kids enjoyed the nearby attractions.
My children wished there were more towels provided without extra charges. It would have been great to have additional amenities for families.

Group vacation good but not cheap
So I gotta tell ya about this place. The staff here were just great, especially Rose-she was helpful and always had a good tip about where to go next. The location is right in the thick of things, which made it super easy for us to hit up all the attractions after a day of doing. You know, whatever it is we do.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but given the level of service I had, I’d say it’s acceptable.
